This retreat day offers an invitation to reconnect - with yourself, your fellow beings, and the living world.

Through simple practices, gently guided creative exploration, reflection and periods of stillness, we will create space to tune into the world around us and what it might teach us about how to live more fully.

MHC retreat days may include a presentation and dialogue, an opportunity for contemplative practice, some practical outdoor work (if you are up for it, and the weather permits!) and a shared lunch. There will be opportunities to speak to community members and hear more about our hopes and plans.
