Mary's House Community

Mary’s House is a community for the spiritually curious, exploring what Christian wisdom might teach us about how to live more fully in an uncertain world.

 

Through dialogue, contemplation, and a deeper connection with creation, our aim is to be transformed; to find new energy with which to engage an ever more challenging world.

 

At present, we are growing a local and dispersed community of people drawn to the wisdom of the Christian tradition. Rather than living together, we gather through a series of events, shared meals, and times of prayer and dialogue; creating a space where questions of faith and humanity can be shared in community. 

 

The Giant’s Garden, and the hall at St Mary’s, have become the base from which we host these gatherings. Our hope is that, over time, these small encounters will deepen into a network of friendships and practices that help us live with greater compassion, courage, and joy.
